All activities including mailings, website maintenance, tournament administration, legal expenses and related administration charges incurred (copy charges, web hosting fees, tournament plaques) is conducted at a my personal expense. Discretionary funds, at times are non-existent which requires a suspension of filling requests and related activity. Any contributions to maintain activities are appreciated either by Paypal (bill@wargameacademy.org) or by other means (see contact information).
