Holnon, France, May 14, 1940: Once
across the Meuse, German tanks fanned out and spread terror in the French rear.
Charles DeGaulle led his 4th Armored division in two counterattacks agains the
southern end of Guderian's bulge. A few of DeGaulle's tanks penetrated to within
two miles of Guderan's headquarters.
VICTORY CONDITIONS: To win, the French player must wound
or kill the 10-3 Guderian counter by the end of the game.

SPECIAL SCENARIO RULES:
- JC005.1:Anytime a French squad moves within
3 hexes of the 10-3 leader, the German player may exist the leader off the
board and gain a victory.
- JC004.2: The Guderian leader is represented
by the 10-3 leader.
AFTERMATH: The headquarters had only a few
20mm AA guns to defend with. Guderian and his men actually spent a few restless
hours before the tanks moved off. The French units never did attack. This scenario
is a hypothetical clash between the opposing sides. :
