• Selected tournament scenario are SQLA revisions of Jeff Cebula's 1981 CWA-CON scenarios which were published in their original form in the out of print ON ALL FRONTS newsletter magazine. The SQLA revisions differ from the OAF versions and the SQLA revision is used in this tournament, and subject to all SQLA rule conventions unless superceded by SSR. Bill Thomson was an original OAF subscriber from issue 1-66. However SQLA assumes no rights.
• Charles Carnahan has generated the VSQL30 start files. Note the SQLA revision HTML file supersedes the scenario information should a conflict exist. SQLA will update the scenario HTML file as appropriate. Contact Bill Thomson for any clarifications or suggestions.
• The scenario record will reflect the combined record of both scenario versions. At this date, they reflect the published OAF version.
• Base on the scenario records as of 051216; the SQLA bidding mechanism will be inserted into scenarios 2.1 and 6.1. The others will be played per the HTML files. As the Russian force in 3.1 is entirely armor, the bid argumentation units will be defined accordingly.
