PBEM TOOLS:
No posted Java application VASSAL
module exists in public domain at the request of Hexwars. Decision Games
currently owns the SPI copyrights and has an exclusive a licensing agreement
with Hexwars (UK Subscription service) as the sole remote play interface.
Although VASSAL admin has honored DGs request not to post a WBS module;
likely a remote play tool exists within Cyberboard, Aide de Camp and other
tools inferior to Vassal. WGA has a WBS Vassal module which is used for
internal use only. However, due to the above it cannot be posted for general
use.
WGA possesses and amplified SPI rulebook in PDF for internal use only.
